A star in the classroom and on the track, Adele recaps athlete life with 2aDays!
ATLANTA - GeorgiaChron -- Adele Broussard, a junior long distance runner, sat down with 2aDays, a website with ratings and tips fo student-athletes, to explain her life as a track student-athlete at the SEC powerhouse, Louisiana State University (LSU).
Adele touched on some of the differences between LSU and other track programs, including how the school keeps its track practices together, and even explained the competition within the team dynamics.
As an elite student-athlete, but especially an LSU Tiger, Broussard is expected to keep not only her performance on the track up but her grades in the classroom. During the interview, Broussard hit on the importance of balancing traveling, competition and academics. She even threw in how she gets ready to compete.
