The Carter Center to Host an Evening of Love and Music for the Soul

ATLANTA - GeorgiaChron -- The Madina Institute invites people of all faiths and backgrounds to the launch of Shaykh Dr. Muhammad ibn Yahya al-Ninowy's newest publication: The Book of Love on Sunday, October 6, 2019, 5:00pm at the Carter Center. This evening is developed in partnership with the Islamic Speakers Bureau of Atlanta and other community organizations.

Though based on foundational Islamic scriptures, the Quran and prophetic tradition, The Book of Love transcends the usual boundaries of faith and belief to present the deeper guidance that lays at the core of all faith traditions.  Now available from Amazon ( and other book sellers, Shaykh al-Ninowy has written an antidote to the current negative and conflict-centered atmosphere. The Book of Love is filled with short teachings meant to be savored and deeply pondered - gently calling the reader back to seek love through faith, to see through the "lens of love", and to do so "for the sake of love."   A journey through history, The Book of Love, shares the wisdom of our ancestors and prophets, Adam, Abel, Noah, Abraham, Joseph, Moses, Jesus, and Muhammad using personal reflections that encourage the reader to a more intimate, inner conversation.
