ATLANTA, March 19, 2025 ~ Atlanta, Georgia - On Wednesday, March 26, the nation's leading veterans disability law firm, Chisholm Chisholm & Kilpatrick (CCK Law), will be hosting a free webinar to help Georgia veterans understand the VA disability claims and appeals process. The session will be held at CCK Law's Atlanta office, showcasing the firm's dedication to serving the veteran community in Atlanta and throughout Georgia.
Led by Brad Hennings, a former Veterans Law Judge and current partner at CCK Law, and Robert Chisholm, founding partner of the firm, this webinar aims to provide a comprehensive breakdown of the VA claims process. It will also address common mistakes that often lead to claim denials and outline legal options for appeals. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn from two highly experienced veterans law attorneys who have spent decades fighting for those who served.

"Veterans in Georgia have served with honor, and it is crucial that they have access to resources and legal support in order to receive the benefits they deserve," said Robert Chisholm. "By offering guidance on the claims process, we hope to provide clarity and assistance to those navigating what can be a complex system."
For over 25 years, CCK Law has been at the forefront of veterans disability law and has earned a reputation as one of the most trusted firms in this field. The firm's expertise extends beyond individual claims as they have been instrumental in landmark legal cases and policy reforms that have shaped the landscape of veterans' benefits.
"Unfortunately, many veterans face challenges when trying to secure their earned benefits due to bureaucratic obstacles and misinformation," said Brad Hennings. "Our goal with this webinar is to equip veterans in Georgia - and across the country - with knowledge and legal strategies that can help them successfully navigate the VA system."
The free webinar is open to all veterans, service members, and their families. It will take place on Wednesday, March 26 at 12:00 PM ET and will be hosted on Zoom from CCK Law's Georgia office. To register for the webinar, interested individuals can click here.
