ATLANTA - GeorgiaChron -- Hosted by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association's Sales & Marketing Council on October 25, the 45^th Annual Obie Awards recognized the work of many of Atlanta's shining stars of the homebuilding and remodeling industries. David Weekley Homes' Atlanta Division was honored to be among them, making the walk to the stage to accept their awards seven times. Designed to recognize outstanding achievements in the Atlanta homebuilding industry, the Obie Award was presented to the national home builder across categories ranging from interior merchandising and building design to community service and marketing.

David Weekley Homes' Atlanta Division was recognized for its work between June 2024 and June 2025, including:

• Gold Obie – Best Building Design – The Emilia Floor Plan at Settingdown Farms in Cumming, GA
• Gold Obie – Best Interior Merchandising – The Model Home at Old Mill Preserve in Dallas, GA
• Gold Obie – Best Interior Merchandising – The Model Home at Settingdown Farms in Cumming, GA
• Gold Obie – Best Community Marketing Campaign – The multi-channel pre-launch campaign for Celesta in Decatur, GA
• Gold Obie – Rookie of the Year Award – Adrienne Briant – Sales Consultant for Havencroft in Woodstock
• Silver Obie – Best Volunteer Project – David Weekley Homes' annual Build Day brought together 19 vendor-partners and 50 volunteers to complete over 100 tasks throughout the grounds of Calvary Refuge Center, plus a $10,000 donation to purchase a new industrial stove and oven for the nonprofit's kitchen
• Silver Obie – Best TV Ad – Including one "muddy boots" filming and a "now open" segment at Settingdown Farms (https://www.davidweekleyhomes.com/new-homes/ga/atlanta/cumming/settingdown-farms) on Atlanta's Best New Homes TV
