ATLANTA, June 11, 2024 ~ Atlanta, GA - The Franchise Customer Experience Conference (FCXC) in Atlanta is set to have a strong presence from Batteries Plus, the world's leading consumer and business specialty battery franchise. Six executives from the company will be participating as panelists in three critical sessions during the conference, which will take place from June 17-20.

In addition to these sessions, Judd Campbell (Director of Real Estate & Store Development) will lead a session in the operations track titled "Maintaining Consistent Customer Experiences Across the System." This session is aimed at franchisor executives and will cover essential strategies for maintaining a consistent customer experience throughout a franchise system. Topics such as synchronizing messaging and branding, implementing effective training programs, and leveraging digital tools for real-time access to resources and guidelines will be discussed.
