~ Spirit Airlines, a leading low-fare carrier (NYSE: SAVE), is revolutionizing the travel industry with its latest offerings that provide travelers with an elevated experience at an affordable price. The airline has announced a significant transformation that will enhance the comfort and convenience of its guests, with new options set to be available for booking on August 16 and fully implemented by August 27, 2024.
According to Ted Christie, President and CEO of Spirit Airlines, this marks a new era for the company as they strive to meet the evolving needs of their guests. "We have listened to our customers and are thrilled to introduce options that offer an elevated experience at an unmatched value," he stated.
The four new travel options, Go Big, Go Comfy, Go Savvy, and Go, will cater to a range of preferences and budgets while providing exceptional value. All four options include the flexibility of no change or cancellation fees.
Go Big is the ultimate choice for those seeking a premium experience in the sky. It includes a Big Front Seat®, snacks and drinks (including alcoholic beverages), one carry-on bag, one checked bag, priority check-in and boarding, and access to high-speed Wi-Fi – making it the fastest among all U.S.-based airlines. The Big Front Seat offers enhanced comfort with wider seats, extra legroom, additional cushioning, and no middle seat. This option will be available for booking on August 16 and fully implemented by August 27.

For those looking for increased comfort and space without breaking the bank, Go Comfy is the perfect choice. It guarantees a blocked middle seat along with one carry-on bag, one checked bag, priority boarding, and complimentary snacks and non-alcoholic beverages. Guests can book this option starting August 16 and experience it from August 27.
Go Savvy offers travelers the flexibility to choose between one carry-on bag or one checked bag along with standard seat selection during booking. This option will also be available for booking and experience starting August 16.
Lastly, Go is the most affordable option for those who prefer to keep it simple. Guests can purchase additional services such as checked bags, standard seat selection, Wi-Fi, and snacks and beverages as needed. This option will be available for booking and experience starting August 16.
In addition to these new travel options, Spirit Airlines is also introducing designated priority check-in lanes at more than 20 airports for guests who choose Go Big or are Free Spirit® Gold members or Free Spirit World Elite Mastercard holders. This dedicated lane will provide front-of-the-line access to the first available ticket counter agent, making the check-in process a breeze.
