ATLANTA - GeorgiaChron -- Global – The Dear Black Woman Podcast, co-hosted by author and wellness coach Kami Redd living in Atlanta, Ga, Emotional Intelligence Coach Nicole Davis living in Paris, and Educational Entrepreneur Lauren Edwards living in London, invites Black women from around the world to share in conversations of empowerment, resilience, and connection.
Inspired by Kami Redd's book Dear Black Woman: Letters of Love, Strength, & Empowerment, the podcast expands on the themes of healing, growth, and personal power. The show delves into topics that Black women across the globe face, from navigating cultural expectations to embracing mental health, managing emotional wellness, and fostering both personal and professional success.
"This podcast is a natural extension of the book," says Kami Redd. "We explore the unique experiences of Black women globally, but we also uncover the common threads that unite us in strength and sisterhood. It's a space where our stories can uplift and inspire each other, no matter where we are in the world."
