"I am excited to work with our new slate of officers in the coming year," said Peter Hicks, Executive Director of NEMTAC. "Their combined expertise and passion for NEMTAC's mission will drive us closer to achieving our goals of improving the quality and safety of non-emergency medical transportation."
"Our prior President Effie Carlson did a fantastic job these past few years putting NEMTAC in a position to allow us to fulfill our goal and commitment to the NEMT industry", said current President Reid, "I look forward this next year to expanding our reach to industry regulators, paying sources, and of course, NEMT providers. Our hope is that in the very near future all these organizations will no longer be asking "What are NEMTAC's standards?", but rather they will be asking how they can justify not holding themselves accountable to meeting NEMTAC standards throughout their organizations."
