DALLAS - GeorgiaChron -- Physician and disability rights advocate Dr. Sharisse Stephenson today announced the launch of the Phoenix Advocacy Network (PAN), a new survivor-led media and advocacy platform. PAN is dedicated to amplifying stories of discrimination, retaliation, and systemic failures — and to advancing the fight for disability rights and workplace justice.

Through blogs, videos, and survivor contributions, PAN will shine a light on issues often ignored by traditional media, including:

• Disability rights — ensuring equal access and protection under the law.
• Workplace retaliation and discrimination — exposing how employers silence workers.
• Corporate accountability — highlighting systemic abuses of power.
• Regulatory inaction — when oversight agencies fail to intervene.
• Media gaps — why survivor stories rarely make it into mainstream outlets.
