Andy Vaughan, VITEC
ATLANTA - GeorgiaChron -- VITEC, a worldwide leader in IP video streaming and video encoding, today announced that industry veteran Andy Vaughan has joined the company as Vice President of Business Development for the company's Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (ISR) & Mission Systems operations.

Vaughan began his career in the U.S. Air Force as a network engineer. He has continued to support the national security community in the private sector at companies like VBrick Systems and Sonic Foundry. He recently served as SVP of U.S. Federal & Global ISR with Haivision. Vaughan brings a proven track record of success developing end-to-end video solutions for mission-critical systems. Based in the Washington, DC area, Vaughan holds an electrical engineering degree from Carnegie Mellon University.
