ATLANTA, Feb. 22, 2024 ~ Pye-Barker Fire & Safety, the largest fully integrated and full-service fire protection, life safety and security services provider in the United States, has recently announced its acquisition of CRIMPCO, a security alarm and monitoring company based in Baltimore, Maryland. From its inception, CRIMPCO has been a family business with Jolson's father Marv Jolson as a co-founder. His sons Todd and Ryan Jolson joined the company later on along with partners John Cromwell and Chris Graham.
