SAVANNAH, Ga. - GeorgiaChron -- The Small Business Assistance Corporation (SBAC) is proud to announce the launch of its newly established Technical Assistance Department, a key expansion to support the growth and success of small businesses across Southeast Georgia and the Lowcountry of South Carolina. This new initiative will be led by two dynamic professionals, Kassidy Jones, Business Advisory Services Manager, and Mariyah Blackshear, Business Advisory Services Coordinator.
The Technical Assistance Department is designed to strengthen SBAC's mission by offering a wide range of services, including expanded business education workshops, business empowerment cohorts to support entrepreneurs through its service provider program, and increased collaboration with business-supported resource organizations. The department will also help to ensure that small businesses receive tailored advisory services that empower them to navigate challenges, capitalize on opportunities, and thrive in an ever-changing marketplace.
"Our goal is to provide small businesses with the tools and resources they need to succeed, whether they are just starting out, or scaling up," said Kassidy Jones. "We are committed to enhancing their capabilities and offering specialized training to help them meet and exceed their goals.
