SAVANNAH, Ga. - GeorgiaChron -- The Small Business Assistance Corporation (SBAC) is excited to announce its Construction Industry Workshop Series. An eight-week series designed to help construction professionals grow their businesses through expert guidance and practical strategies presented by local industry experts. This free workshop series will be held every Tuesday from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Savannah Civic Center, starting January 14 to March 4, 2025. Virtual option will also be available.
Each workshop in the series will discuss a specific industry topic covering a crucial aspect of business development, including understanding construction plans, bidding on contracts, securing funding, and building a skilled workforce. Additionally, local industry leaders and experts from organizations such as Omega Construction, Collins Construction, and the City of Savannah Development Department will be leading each session.
