ATLANTA, June 27, 2024 ~ SmartPath, a financial education company, has been recognized for its exceptional workplace culture by being named to Inc.'s annual Best Workplaces list. The prestigious list, featured on Inc.com, highlights American companies that have excelled in creating positive and productive work environments, whether in a physical or virtual setting.
Founded with a mission to make financial freedom accessible to all, SmartPath partners with financial institutions, fintech companies, and employers across the nation to provide unbiased financial education and advice. By equipping individuals with the necessary knowledge and skills, SmartPath aims to help them achieve long-term financial health.
According to SmartPath CEO and Co-Founder Alok Deshpande, the company's success is attributed to its employees. "Our people are our greatest asset," he says. "We prioritize their experience at work by regularly asking for feedback on learning opportunities, stress levels, and overall enjoyment. If stress outweighs learning or fun, we know there is room for improvement. It's an honor to see our cultural emphasis reflected positively by our employees and recognized on this year's Best Workplaces list."

Inc. selected 543 honorees this year after reviewing thousands of submissions from companies across the country. Each nominated company participated in an employee survey conducted by Quantum Workplace, covering topics such as management effectiveness, perks offered, employee growth opportunities, and overall company culture. The organization's benefits were also evaluated to determine its overall score and ranking.
Inc.'s Editor-in-Chief Mike Hofman explains the rigorous selection process for the Best Workplaces program: "Each year, we recognize the very best companies that have fostered an amazing culture through hard metrics and data as well as qualitative measures. We are proud that our program is highly selective."
