Bill Boucher brings over 25 plus years of experience in sales, management consulting, and IT strategy, advising clients through business transformation, technology enablement, and operational efficiency initiatives. Most recently, he served as Southeast Regional Leader and Partner in Charge of Wipfli's Manufacturing, Retail, and Distribution Industry, where he helped profitably grow the Atlanta market through M&A and organic expansion. Prior to Wipfli, Bill held leadership roles at Capgemini, KPMG, and EY, where he specialized in digital transformation initiatives, Artificial Intelligence and Automation solutions, ERP strategy and implementations, and data analytics solutions. His expertise spans growth strategies, process automation, and enterprise technology evaluation, making him a strong addition to Stratfield's leadership team.
