StreetLights' second luxury project in Atlanta is now underway

ATLANTA - GeorgiaChron -- StreetLights Residential (, a design-driven developer of multifamily and mixed-use communities, announced today the groundbreaking of The Hadley at 5th and Juniper in Midtown Atlanta. The multifamily project consists of 300 beautifully designed residences, just a few blocks from Tech Square and the Georgia Institute of Technology.

"Midtown Atlanta is a fast-growing area and we saw an opportunity to bring a new multifamily property that would serve the expanding tech and office community," said Fred Kay, Streetlights Senior Vice President of Development. "The Hadley brings together beautiful design and classic architecture that blends well with the surrounding neighborhood – with Tech Square and the historic St. Mark United Methodist Church as our neighbors, The Hadley will soon join the skyline of this thriving neighborhood."

The building design is inspired by classic architectural elements with stately interiors that boast large contemporary arches and floor-to-ceiling glass. Modern wood paneling paired with metals and natural materials create a luxurious boutique design experience.
