The first presentation of the series is begins this month. The PAID Educator Mastermind Forum represents a collaboration of community-minded organizations: Dr. Bisa Foundation, Albany Community Together, and Small Business Mastermind Forum (SBMMF).
ATLANTA - GeorgiaChron -- Organizer Dr. Bisa Batten Lewis is proud to announce The PAID Educator Mastermind Forum featuring a series of webinars for entrepreneurs. The first presentation of the series will be on Tuesday, January 24, 2023, 6:30 PM– 8:00 PM EST. The PAID Educator Mastermind Forum represents a collaboration of community-minded organizations, Dr. Bisa Foundation, Albany Community Together & Small Business Mastermind Forum.
As a result of this partnership, small and moderate business entrepreneurs benefit from free programs which enrich the community. The courses endeavor to instruct individuals on the best practices for legally starting and maintaining small businesses and nonprofits. In addition, these business development courses are also designed to guide current and aspiring entrepreneurs along their path to success.

The focus of the first forum is Choosing the Right Entity Structure. Dr. Bisa states, "Business owners need to understand the pros and cons of their existing business structure or lack thereof, in addition to the liabilities associated with each type of entity structure. It is essential to identify which entity type best serves their business needs based on the type of business, business income and taxation purposes."
