ATLANTA - GeorgiaChron -- The Spin Awards® is proud to announce the addition of two new categories to its national awards platform for the 2026 season: Best Christian Hip Hop (CHH) Radio Station and Best Contemporary Christian Music (CCM) Radio Station.

For nearly a decade, The Spin Awards has served as a premier platform honoring those who spin the Gospel message through terrestrial radio, internet radio, podcasts, and digital media. As Christian music continues to grow and diversify, the organization recognized the need to celebrate radio stations that specifically serve audiences within the Christian Hip Hop and Contemporary Christian Music communities.

"These new categories represent the continued evolution of Christian media," said the leadership team of The Spin Awards. "Christian Hip Hop and Contemporary Christian Music have become significant voices in reaching listeners across generations and cultures. The new categories will allow listeners, industry professionals, artists, and supporters to nominate and celebrate stations that have demonstrated outstanding service, influence, programming, and Kingdom impact within their respective genres.

The addition of these categories reflects The Spin Awards' ongoing mission to honor those who use media platforms to share faith, inspire communities, and advance the Kingdom of God.
