ATLANTA - GeorgiaChron -- Change A Man Media hosted an exclusive one-night-only premiere of Tranquil Inferno at NCG Cinema Snellville, captivating audiences with a powerful dramatization of Black Wall Street's history on January 26, 2025. The premiere welcomed an impressive lineup of notable guests, including Pat Houston (Whitney Houston's sister and owner of her estate), Chet A. Brewster (award-winning director of the film), Tyrik Wynn (iHeart Radio and TV host), Gary With The Tea (Dish Nation and The Rickey Smiley Morning Show), and hip-hop icons Professor Griff and Solé.
Featuring a distinguished cast including Gary With The Tea, Dr. Dennis Kimbro, Ernestine Morrison, Egypt Robinson, and Khalimah Gaston, Tranquil Inferno brings to life the resilience and economic success of Black entrepreneurs in Tulsa, Oklahoma, despite the extreme racism they faced. Unlike a documentary, this historical drama aims to inspire today's generation to reclaim and replicate that success.
