ATLANTA, Jan. 31, 2025 ~ Veritiv Operating Company, a leading distributor of specialty packaging, has recently announced the completion of the sale of its rigid packaging business, Veritiv Containers. The business, formerly known as All American Containers, has been acquired by TricorBraun.
According to Sal Abbate, Veritiv's Chief Executive Officer, this sale will allow the company to focus on strengthening its core specialty packaging business. He expressed gratitude towards the Veritiv Containers team for their dedication and hard work and wished them success in their new venture with TricorBraun. Abbate also expressed confidence in TricorBraun's expertise in rigid packaging and assured a smooth transition for all parties involved.

The transaction was advised by Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC as financial advisor and Alston & Bird as legal advisor. With this sale, Veritiv is looking forward to further enhancing its position in the specialty packaging industry.
