Dr. Rod Joseph, Purple Heart Recipient, Joins Signing of Historic MOU at Federation of Haitian Chambers of Commerce Launch
ATLANTA - GeorgiaChron -- Dr. Rod Joseph, a distinguished military veteran and Purple Heart recipient, participated in the historic signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) at the Federation of Haitian Chambers of Commerce Launch Event held on July 25, 2025, in Georgia.
The hybrid landmark event, hosted by the Federation of Haitian Chambers of Commerce, brought together Haitian Chamber executives from across the globe to unite efforts aimed at fostering trade, investment, and economic empowerment within Haitian and Caribbean communities worldwide.
Dr. Joseph's presence underscores his ongoing commitment to advancing economic access and small business opportunities, a key focus of his public service platform. Through initiatives highlighted on his campaign site rodjosephforcongress.com, Dr. Joseph has consistently advocated for policies that expand access to capital, provide technical support for entrepreneurs, and create pathways for minority- and veteran-owned businesses to thrive.

The signing of the MOU marked the launch of a collective plan of action for Haitian Chambers of Commerce to collaborate on business growth strategies, promote international trade, and develop innovative programs that uplift small businesses and drive local and international job creation.
Following the signing ceremony, the Federation participants from Tampa, Orlando Chicago and Fort Lauderdale, hosted additional events in Atlanta, including Breakfast with the Federation: Our Plan for Haiti and Our Community and the 2025 Eritaj Business Awards Gala, celebrating leaders and innovators in business.
