ATLANTA, June 13, 2024 ~ Vista Residential Partners, a leading national multifamily development firm, has announced the appointment of three new C-Suite Executives to oversee the day-to-day operations of the company. This strategic move comes as part of Vista's ongoing expansion plans and will see Michael Neyhart, Lee Novak, and Scott Hartley take on key leadership roles within the organization.

Neyhart, who previously served as Chief Investment Officer, has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer. With over 13 years of experience at Vista, Neyhart brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new role. He will be responsible for managing all aspects of general operations, including human resources, investor relations, legal matters, in-house accounting, and asset management. During his tenure at Vista, Neyhart has been instrumental in the acquisition and development of over 5,500 units with a total capitalization exceeding $900 million.

Lee Novak, who previously held the position of Managing Director and Regional Partner at Vista, has been promoted to Chief Development Officer. In this role, Novak will oversee all development projects for the company and will have overall responsibility for new developments nationwide. With 25 years of experience in development under his belt, Novak is well-equipped to create and execute a robust development strategy for Vista.

Scott Hartley, also a former Managing Director and Regional Partner at Vista, has been appointed as Chief Investment Officer. In this role, Hartley will lead all investment activities for the company including debt and equity financing activities. He brings with him a wealth of experience in real estate investments from his previous role at Nationwide Insurance where he was responsible for originating over $1.8 billion worth of investments.

This change in leadership was carefully planned by Vista since the beginning of their national expansion efforts. The installation of these new C-Suite Executives marks a significant milestone for the company as it continues to grow its nationwide footprint. This also allows Eduardo de Guardiola, who has served as Chief Executive Officer for 25 years, to transition to the role of Chairman Emeritus. De Guardiola will continue to serve on the Investment Committee and support the company with a strong balance sheet for future investments.
