ATLANTA - GeorgiaChron -- Prior to joining Capstone HCM, Tara spent nearly 11 years in the payroll and HCM industry, most recently serving as Vice President of Implementation & Benefits at Dominion Payroll.

Throughout her career, she progressed from Benefits Specialist into senior leadership, gaining extensive experience across Implementation, Benefits, and Retirement. She led teams of 60–75 employees and developed deep expertise in HCM implementations, benefits administration, retirement services, project management, operational efficiency, capacity planning, and service delivery. With a strong background in isolved HCM and firsthand experience building teams, improving operations, and supporting business growth, she brings a valuable perspective to understanding client needs and identifying the specialized expertise required to support their initiatives.

In her role as Director of Strategic Partnerships, Tara will focus on developing relationships with HCM and payroll providers, understanding their project and operational needs, and connecting them with experienced consultants and contractors through Capstone HCM's project-based consulting and resource augmentation services.
