The movement unites personal development and luxury floral artistry around one shared purpose: empowering individuals to embrace change, recognize their potential and confidently step into their next chapter.
Through Shantellum, Martin helps individuals and organizations strengthen their mindsets, navigate change and pursue meaningful growth. Bloomorey, her luxury floral and experiential brand, celebrates beauty, creativity and the emotional connections flowers bring to life's meaningful moments.
Together, the brands reflect a simple philosophy: Personal growth is an internal journey, but transformation deserves to be celebrated.

At the center of the movement is Martin's book, In My Bloom Era™: Who I'm Becoming Next, which introduces a four-stage framework inspired by the natural growth cycle of flowers:
The collection also includes a guided journal, a 90-Day Digital Planner, digital reflection resources and lifestyle merchandise designed to turn inspiration into intentional daily practices.
A Movement Designed to Grow
With nearly two decades of experience spanning real estate, interior design, leadership development and creative industries, Martin has built her career around transformation and meaningful experiences.
Throughout 2027, she plans to expand In My Bloom Era™ through book festivals, author appearances, speaking engagements and curated experiences. Her next literary chapter, Faith in Bloom, is planned for summer 2027 and will explore faith, personal transformation and purposeful living.
