ATLANTA - GeorgiaChron -- Most fashion companies want customers. Kelly Lee Allen wants citizens. The founder of PerfectvilleUSA has spent 15 years across fashion, film, technology and artificial intelligence, and what he has built is not a label with a website. It is a world, open now at perfectvilleusa.com.

The story begins in a duplex on the South Side of St. Petersburg, Florida, where, as a boy, he believes he saw an alien with glowing green eyes at the end of a dark hallway. On 11.11.11 he launched his label, Perfect Population, inside an airplane hangar at the Delta Flight Museum. It has since shown in New York, Milan and Paris.

PerfectvilleUSA is a fashion-tech membership retail community where consumers can shop, stream, connect, build and earn. Membership is free. Citizens shop district storefronts, stream PerfectStream originals and buy the looks straight from the screen, create characters inside the story and earn as Perfect Affiliates. A store sells to an audience. PerfectvilleUSA has members, and the members grow the world.

Next, the world moves off the screen. A.L.I.E.N., short for Advanced Learning, Intelligent Evolution, New-thinking, is the tech system that powers the platform. The Moto 1111 Companion Perfect Population Smart Glasses capture 32MP photos and 4K video from the wearer's point of view. Presale for the first batch of 50 pairs is open now at $111.11 through 11:59 PM on November 8, 2026, local time in every time zone. Preorders ship by December 22, 2026: perfectvilleusa.com/moto1111.

"When I was a little boy on the South Side of St. Petersburg, there was a dark hallway in our duplex. One night I thought I saw something there. It could have been imagination, but that imagination became my vision, my vision became a prophecy, and that prophecy became a reality," said Kelly Lee Allen, founder of PerfectvilleUSA. "When I read my old school records, I saw I had been building this my whole life. It took losing my grandmother and standing with my son through his hardest season to finish it. Fear is interference. I built this world so other people can build theirs. This drop is for the people who keep moving anyway. The door is open."
