Healthcare practices and community organizations across seven counties are invited to submit profiles for a developing regional provider directory.
ALBANY, Ga. - GeorgiaChron -- South West Georgia Homecare is inviting healthcare providers to participate in Phase 1 enrollment for Healthcare Navigator, a regional directory under development to help Southwest Georgia families discover providers and service information.
The initial focus includes Dougherty, Lee, Worth, Terrell, Mitchell, Calhoun and Baker counties.
During Phase 1, participating organizations can submit their practice and service details for review. Profiles are subject to verification and approval before publication. Provider feedback will help shape the directory and identify gaps in regional resource information.
Founded by Justin Atkins, SWGA Homecare draws on his family's experience navigating disability, caregiving and access to support.

Healthcare Navigator is separate from the company's planned non-medical home care operations. SWGA Homecare remains in its licensing preparation stage and will begin regulated services only after receiving required approvals. Directory participation does not guarantee patient inquiries or referrals.
