ATLANTA - GeorgiaChron -- PerfectvilleUSA will present TOP SECRET NYFW on Sunday, September 13, 2026, from 12:00PM to 1:30PM in Chelsea, New York City.

Created for 111 Founding Members alongside registered guests, press, models, creators, fashion professionals, and collaborators, TOP SECRET NYFW will bring the PerfectvilleUSA digital experience to life during New York Fashion Week.

The activation will combine fashion, live content creation, product discovery, podcasting, collaboration, and membership engagement within one connected experience.

"This experience is for the dreamers, builders, futurists, creators, collaborators, and people in fashion who deserve to belong," said Kelly Lee Allen, Founder and Creative Director of PerfectvilleUSA. The event will feature a live shopping experience showcasing SS27 collections from Perfect Population. Guests will be able to discover and engage with products while models, designers, stylists, photographers, and creators produce live content throughout the space.A Live Podcast Station will be available on site.

PerfectvilleUSA is creating a place for people with the talent, style, ideas, and discipline to contribute to fashion and culture, but who have often found themselves excluded from traditional industry access.

TOP SECRET NYFW continues a history that began on November 11, 2011, when Kelly Lee Allen launched Perfect Population inside the Delta Heritage Museum airplane hangar in Atlanta.

Perfect Population later established an independent presence during New York Fashion Week, debuted internationally during Milan Fashion Week, and presented the Signal Collection during Paris Fashion Week in 2025.

The brand's history includes four capsule collections created through the SHEIN X Incubator Program, generating more than $500,000 in reported sales. Allen was also selected as one of five designers to participate in the MONSE x SHEIN collaboration.
